Halloween has come and gone in Japan, with little to no ceremony. It is just starting to be marketed here, and obviously it is an idea that kids love. After all, as Jerry Seinfeld noted, being a kid is all about "getting the candy." Our favourite Halloween story? This past weekend, one of Tiffany's kindergarten students - we'll call him George, since that's his name - went to a Halloween party with his family. After the candy had been distributed and the games had started, George's mother couldn't find her kids anywhere. Turns out George and his sister were in the bathroom, eating their candy. They didn't want to come out for the games. See what I mean? Priority #1 - Get the candy. Keep your eyes on the prize, kids.

Candy. Now.
